Operations Growth Architect / Fractional COO
Your company has grown.
Your operating system hasn't.
Beneath every scaling bottleneck is an invisible system — how decisions get made, how information flows, how teams actually work together. I make it visible. Then I fix it.
The Invisible OS
When you scale, the sense between people starts to fade.
In the early days, everyone just knew. How decisions got made. Who owned what. What mattered. That shared understanding was your operating system — invisible, unspoken, and working.
Past a certain size, it stops working. Not because your team got worse. Because an invisible system can't support a company of 50, 80, 100 people. You need to make it visible.
That's what I do.
Decision architecture
Who decides what — and how. RACI isn't enough. Real decision design maps authority, escalation paths, and the conditions for speed vs. consensus.
Information flow
How context moves across teams. When information travels only through you, you're not a leader — you're a router. We fix the plumbing.
Cross-functional collaboration
How teams work together without friction. The grey zones between Product, Engineering, and GTM are where most scaling problems actually live.
Accountability & ownership
How work gets owned, tracked, and delivered. Not just who's responsible — but what the system does when things slip.
How We Work Together
Two ways in.
One clear path.
Start with the Diagnostic if you need to name the problem first. Move to the Sprint if you're ready to fix it.
Many clients do both — in that order.

I've lived inside
the chaos you're describing.
Eight years as a product leader inside scaling B2B SaaS companies — not advising from the outside, but embedded in the teams, the decisions, and the breakdowns. I know what it looks like from inside The Swamp.
I combine that operational depth with ICF-certified coaching and 200+ hours of facilitation experience. Not to run workshops for the sake of it — but because making the invisible visible requires more than frameworks. It requires deep listening.

Testimonials
What my clients say
"She had a way of speaking to everyone — and somehow making us understand each other. Our growth had been messy. We went from 12 to about 60 people in a year and a half, and the ways we used to stay aligned just… stopped working. Product and Engineering were constantly clashing. Customer Support was escalating everything. Sales was frustrated that we couldn’t move fast enough. At the time, I thought what we needed were better processes. What Vicky helped us see was that we actually needed better conversations. What really stood out was how well she understood every side. She could sit with our engineers and genuinely engage on technical debt, then turn around and speak to the sales team about delivery pressure — and still hold space for product, who were stuck in the middle trying to make the trade-offs work. She wasn’t just coaching us. She was translating. She ran a two-day working session that surfaced issues we’d been avoiding for months — and we actually dealt with them. No corporate language. No fluffy ‘alignment’ exercises. Just honest conversations about priorities, trade-offs, and ownership. We still have hard conversations now. The difference is, they’re productive."

"We know we hire the best people and we know we have good cultures, but when we start adding more people and scaling, each team feels more and more frustrated; but the leadership team struggled to find a few reasons to solve. We brought Vicky in - she conducted 1:1 call with each of the functional team leader, the moment she presented the way each team understood company goals & how we measure success already shocked the leadership team. Every team has their own definition & their own interpretation of success. That was the moment I understood what does it mean by invisible operational system that Vicky was referring to. She conduced a few workshops, and vicky really did a very good job in facilitating. Not only was she not leading, she was able to ask really good questions to guide the session, so to get the best outputs from everyone inside the call. Our team then applied the solutions we have identified in the workshop for a few months, and the teams finally get to understand what does it truly mean by “cross-team collaboration is smooth & amazing."

FAQ
The ones
people always ask.
How is this different from hiring a full-time COO?
A full-time COO is a €200K+ hire with a 6-month ramp. This is a time-boxed engagement that tells you whether you even need that — or whether the fix is structural and can be maintained by a junior hire. Most founders aren't ready for a COO. They're ready for clarity about what's actually broken.
